The firm was established by a team of expert legal advisors with decades of combined experience, bringing senior-level judgment to complex matters and high-stakes transactions. We provide pragmatic, business-oriented counsel—helping clients structure deals, manage legal risk, and navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks with clarity and confidence.

Our Team

Riza Can Ozturk

He graduated from law school and completed an LL.M. at Tilburg University, and has spent the past seven years working in the Dutch financial sector. His background is in risk management and compliance, with hands-on experience in how banks and financial institutions implement regulation, prevent financial crime, and manage day-to-day operational requirements.In parallel with his compliance work, he has become increasingly involved in corporate structuring and cross-border business setups, particularly within the EU. He is especially drawn to projects at the intersection of legal requirements and business planning, where the objective is to build solutions that function effectively within regulated environments.

Edoardo Pagliarin

He is a legal advisor and researcher with a strong track record across legal advisory, corporate governance, and applied academic work. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pisa and an LL.M. (cum laude) in International Business Law from Tilburg University. He is currently a researcher at the University of Lausanne, where he works on regulation and data privacy, with a focus on financial markets and central bank digital currencies. Alongside his academic activity, he brings extensive managerial and in-house legal experience: he has served as Lead Corporate Counsel, contract and compliance manager, and board advisor, designing governance models, negotiating and standardizing complex contract stacks, and implementing privacy-by-design and GDPR compliance in fast-moving, cross-border environments.
